We provide 225 homes and personalised support services for a fresh start in life through our supported housing pathways. We provide opportunities to gain qualifications, skills and employment through our college and unemployment programmes.
Our Community Hub provides support and advice as well as practical services for any barriers and we partnership work with other support organisations to make sure our beneficiaries have the best opportunity to move along their positive pathway.
