Connect to Work is a free supported employment programme commissioned by the East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) and funded by the Department for Work and Pensions.
YMCA Derbyshire delivers Connect to Work across Derby and Derbyshire in partnership with Reed, providing personalised employment support to help people move into meaningful, sustainable employment.
The programme also works alongside local employers, health services and community organisations to ensure participants receive coordinated support that reflects both their employment goals and wider wellbeing needs.
