Stuncroft donates interview clothing for our young people.

Suited and booted (and good for the planet)

They supply a very broad range of customers across the Corporate Wear sector, contracts such as railway and airlines to beautifully individually tailored men’s made to measure garments, sold across Europe.

Stepping out into the world of work
[/vc_column_text][ultimate_spacer height=”15″ height_on_mob_landscape=”15″ height_on_mob=”15″][vc_column_text]We don’t just support our residents and students in their time of need, but give them the tools to build their future when they move on from our YMCA housing or graduate from YMCA Key College. For the majority of young people this means finding a job.
Jon YMCA’s Employability Coach said:
“There are many barriers along the road of gaining employment. Having a smart outfit to boost your confidence in an interview might seem insignificant to some, however interview clothing is something that would not be accessible for our young people without the kind donations from businesses like Stuncroft.”
Dan, an off-site resident who has worked closely with our Employability Coach, said:
“I attended a couple of workshops on CV writing, interview techniques and building confidence and had some individual coaching around interviews.
After a couple of interviews, I got a job – all the hard work was worthwhile. Now I have a sense of purpose and I feel more optimistic about my future. We are curating a wardrobe of outfits so that all our young people get the chance to feel good about themselves on their interview days.
